About Beth
J. Beth Goldstein brings a uniquely analytical and detail-driven approach to the practice of law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Georgia Tech before conducting research at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an experience that sharpened her investigative skills and commitment to precision. She went on to earn her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Here, Beth developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and advocacy through her participation as a competitor and coach on the Moot Court competition team. Beth was awarded “Best Brief” in her trial advocacy class and recognized for her oral advocacy skills.
Over the course of her career, Beth has trained with some of the best criminal defense attorneys in Georgia and handled a wide spectrum of cases, from traffic offenses to the most serious felony charges, including child molestation and homicide. This breadth of experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the high stakes her clients face.
Beth has a particular passion for legal writing and research. She firmly believes that a well-crafted and strategically executed motions practice can be the key to winning cases. Beth is not scared to delve into novel and complex legal issues and prides herself in identifying issues within cases that she can leverage to favor her clients. Her work is defined by thorough preparation, thoughtful analysis, and a relentless commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
While Beth knows that this is serious work, she prides herself in being approachable to both her clients and opposing counsel. After a recent victory in Dekalb County, Beth’s client said “Everything we set out to do with my case, she accomplished. I always felt supported and confident with her handling my case. She gets the job done and truly has her clients’ best interests at heart.”
A Fulton County client said “Not only is Beth a brilliant legal mind, but she is also compassionate and supportive, making me feel like I wasn’t just another client but someone she truly cared about. Her confidence and clear communication gave me hope in one of the darkest times of my life. Because of her hard work and determination, I achieved a complete victory in my case, and I will forever be grateful to her for giving me my freedom and peace of mind back.”
Outside of the practice of law, Beth is an avid runner. She also loves hiking, watching baseball and spending time with her husband and three children.
